The funds distributed by the Sibaya Community Trust are received in the form of dividends paid through Afrisun KN (Pty) Limited, trading as Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom, in which the Trust is a shareholder.

The Trust is chaired by its founder well known philanthropist, businessman and chairperson of Sibaya Casino, Vivian Reddy, with former KZN Judge President, Judge Vuka Tshabalala and Deshun Naidoo Head of Operations of Sibaya Casino as Trustees.

The Trust is committed to ensuring its contributions uplift the disadvantaged communities and towards making South Africa a better place to live in.

As a caring corporate citizen with a major focus on service, we strive to make a difference in our community by implementing improvements to existing facilities and infrastructure, as well as undertaking development projects.

Projects in the Social and Community Development, Health and Education sectors are considered by the Trust.

The Trust is audited annually.
